The last two times BTC broke through $ 10,000 in Octoberlast year and February this year. Both times, the meteoric rise was followed by a 38% and 63% retracement, respectively. The third attempt to break through the coveted milestone in May ended with a period of prolonged consolidation. According to Schiff, the current situation repeats the previous attempts of the first cryptocurrency to gain a foothold above $ 10,000, and the BTC will soon collapse.

A well-known crypto critic continues to predict an imminent collapse of Bitcoin. With the price rising to $ 9,000 in May, he continued to sow panic, predicting that Bitcoin would soon “crash”.

In April, he called for a sale of the BTC because its price did not respond positively to the Fed's fiscal policy. 

Before the halving, he assured that the price of bitcoin would never rise again.
