The former cruise ship, built by P&O Cruises Australia, is about to receive its new status.Built in 1991, the Pacific Dawn will be renamed Satoshi. It is slated to be a sophisticated hub for digital nomads, entrepreneurs and crypto companies.

According to a recent post, the abovethe ship will not be decommissioned and will receive a new destination. Ocean Builders, a company specializing in the construction of floating self-contained marine homes, wants to create a new habitat in the ocean. It will serve as a kind of "technology incubator hub" for entrepreneurs, expats and digital nomads.

In addition, according to Chad Elwartowski, ChiefCOO of Ocean Builders, a key investor in the project and an American-born bitcoin entrepreneur, crypto companies will be able to test their innovations and technologies in a controlled environment.

“We look forward to the creation of the Technology Centerand innovation here in Panama. Our goal is to figure out how to create a sustainable life at sea and expand the horizons of knowledge in this new field,” — added Elwartowski.

On the cruise ship crypto-liner will be availablethe possibility of renting living quarters for recreation, including areas dedicated to research and office space. It is reported that the commercial premises will be operated by individual companies that may be interested in living and working abroad.

Elwartowski said that the future “cruisecrypto-liner "will be delivered to the waters of the Mediterranean Sea on November 4th. Columbia Cruise Services will reportedly manage the ship and the ship will be symbolically named Satoshi, after Bitcoin's creator.
