The Bank of Lithuania issues a collectible crypto coin

The Bank of Lithuania announced the release of the world's first collectible crypto coin called Lbcoin.

Bank of Lithuaniaannounced the release of the world's first collectiona crypto coin called Lbcoin. The regulator explained that the coin was issued using the latest technology. The issue of the coin is dedicated to the 1918 Lithuanian Independence Act and twenty signatories to it.

Lbcoin includes six digital tokens andone physical coin. To begin with, the Bank of Lithuania issued 4 thousand Lbcoin (24 thousand digital tokens and 4 thousand silver collectible coins, weighing 36.36 grams).

Each token displays one of 20 signatures,left under the Act of Independence. Tokens are divided into six categories according to the areas of activity of the signatories (priests, presidents, diplomats, industrialists, scientists, municipal officials). The collectible coin is worth 99 euros. They will be sold one at a time in the first six days of sales, after which the purchases will become unlimited.

"By purchasing Lbcoin, collectors will receive 6 tokens selected randomly, which can be furtherThe coin can be stored in the Lbcoin online store, gifted, exchanged with other collectors or transferred to the public NEM blockchain network," the Bank of Lithuania said in a press release.
