Caper has introduced a new type of standalone retail checkout that does not require physical contact with the surface to perform all necessary operations.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, establishments and organizationsAround the world, measures have begun to be implemented to minimize the risk of the spread of infection. In fact it's smallcounter with sensors and cameras performingcontactless cash register functions. According to the developers, the solution increases the safety of customers and employees by minimizing interaction between people during shopping. Once connected, the system operates completely automatically, and its deployment does not require changes to the existing infrastructure.

Caper argues that this counterpart is best suited for small stores with a floor space of less than 100 m2.
